We believe we create some of the absolute best beard and skin care available on the market today, but we also understand that life happens and no two beards are the same. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are always more than happy to make it right.  Please ensure you send us an email to let us know what's going on so we can begin to fix and further inspect and address the problem so we can prevent it from happening again in the future. Within 30 days of purchase, simply ship the product in question (with tracking) back to PO Box 101, Bethune, SC 29009. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a store credit to the email associated with the order for the purchased price amount minus taxes and shipping.
