My current process-to-ship time is 7 business days. What that means is, I cook once a week (Mon-Fri) and I ship once a week (Mon-Sat). With four kids in school and a nonstop schedule, it's the best I can do for now.

We have never encountered a scenario where a customer has had any adverse reaction to any of our products. That being said, the use of nut-based products in the production of skin and beard care is almost unavoidable. If you have a nut allergy, please be aware that all of our products do contain shea nut, cocoa nut and coconut and may not be best suited for you.

There's about a million beard companies now, so maintaining and constantly improving quality is top priority at GFBC. We use the same local supplier for all of our raw materials, ie. mango, shea, cocoa butters, oils etc., and each is certified all natural and/or organic with certifications. From there, our containers and equipment are constantly cleaned and sanitized properly before cooking and packaging. Consistency and commitment tie the whole thing together. Simply put, our products are top shelf because of the quality, time and commitment we put into them.

Yes we do ship internationally. However, it is quite pricey to send packages out of country and that cost is constantly fluctuating. The best way to find out how much something will cost to ship to you is to fill out an order without sending it. The shipping rates are updated daily and will give you an exact amount for that day. Your best bet is to buy in bulk and distribute the shipping cost across the quantity of product.
